   Without a doubt, if Jesus was invented out of whole cloth   
   then the authors certainly borrowed heavily from existing   
   beliefs. It's hard to pinpoint which gods where, exactly,   
   but I like the Egyptian origins. Probably the Hellenistic   
   Alexandria... maybe with Nectanebo II? His empty tomb? Well,   
   sarcophagus?   
      
   Maybe Nectanebo II is the "Actual person" who had all the   
   traits of previous Pagan gods grafted onto him...
