If you want to make it look like you're doing something, but       really couldn't care less, you place sanctions on individuals instead       of a nation. That's what Trump did.              The U.S. has always had an independent policy towards Iran. This is       not something that Trump started. If you watched the 2004       Presidential debates, when Kerry was quizzed on Iran he talked       about joining European efforts... so clearly the U.S. wasn't a party       to them already, back in 2004.              Yes, Obama was a signer to the agreement but he did so knowing       full well that it wasn't going to pass.              Neither of us are in any position to speculate on his actions, had he       known that the Senate would have approved any treaty...                     Look. If you want to discuss Trump then STOP pointing at his       keeping U.S. policy consistent and pretending that he's doing       anything radically different.                                          -- --              https://jtem.tumblr.com/post/186868101538              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
