   This isn't as telling as they represent.   
      
   There are many plagues with virtually ZERO evidence for them   
   except written reports. The middle east had a number of   
   plagues, for example, one that likely ended Egypt's famous   
   Amarna Period. As far as I know it was always accepted as   
   gospel only there was never any physical evidence for it until   
   the eventually found what they believe is the DNA of bubonic   
   plague...   
      
   So the question is:  What kind of evidence do you expect to   
   find, and do we find it elsewhere in the ancient world for
