   claim. That's it. Someone is claiming a new model or tools, purely   
   mathematical, which is utter bullshit.   
      
   They're claiming a postecy -- to be able to "Predict" the past.   
      
   Actual science as opposed to Gwobull Warbling brainwashing is   
   tested with PREDICTIONS. You apply your "Tools" to the present   
   and tell us what's going to happen tomorrow. Or next week. Or   
   next month.
