#1. It's POTENTIAL. A photon doesn't exist everywhere in the universe,
it exists everywhere it can POTENTIALLY exist.

#2. Spacetime. You need to think of space & time as one. Because
without time there is no "Different" space. A photon isn't supposed
   to experience time.

How much time would it take a photon to travel from A to B?

   Zero.

How much time would it take to travel from A to B and C?

   Zero.

THERE'S NO TIME! It can reach everywhere, literally everywhere it
has the potential to reach without any time separating its arrival.

#3. The same is true for an entangled photon.

There's no time separating the two. There's no distance either,
because without time one point is the same as the next.
