Mike has corrected a bug in SFPCKMSG.COM (8/20/99 version).
It was deleting all 2011 messages irrespective of age. SFPCKMSG,COM runs
either as a batch job or under SPITFIRE Event M.
New module is the same size, but dated 01/31/11.
