The right question is why do you need 5.6.450.9SP?

This old 2004 v5.6 build 450.9SP version was an emergency AUP HOT FIX 
Security Patch for Wildcat! SSL OpenSSL operations.  It was available 
only via the AUP until the next CD was done the following year.

It was an emergency update to replace the 2004 versions of OpenSSL 
when its vulnerability was found and announced.  The reasons for this 
HotFix/SP no longer exist.
