Everyone,

While I am not really a fan of star-systems in 2022 given Fidoweb
peering/meshing, I propose that you stars nuke the following echoes. I
understand that you can't really nuke an echo once someone links to it but
there is what I believe to be a lot of deadwood or things that can be
consolidated. My notes are:

Z1_BACKBONE   I assume this echo takes its place. Its dead in any case.
Z1_POLICY     Assuming this was to debate Zone 1 policy. Not likely in 2022.
Z1_POLITICAL  Same.
Z1_ROUTING    Nobody showed any interest in my Zone routing table. Kill it.

I politely ask that all of you not distribute Z1C outside of Zone 1. Same for 
Z1_SYSOP although that one is dead. This topic comes up every often... I'd 
rather have a dead Z1C echo than one of combative stupid flame fests and
unfortunately thats what will happen if its opened up to everyone.

If you have the ZCC echo, remove it. It is not to be on any star-system as it 
is a private backchannel for ZC's only.

Please be aware of three file echoes... Z1_REC, Z1-DIFF and ZSEGS.

Z1_REC and Z1-DIFF are dead and can be removed entirely.

ZSEGS however is a private fileecho amongst ZC's to exchange Zone segments. It
is not available to anyone else or star-systems. If you have this fileecho on 
your system I politely ask that you remove it.
