the problem is the INA flag... it should have a FQDN... not a port number...
port numbers *only* go on the protocol flags...

note no port number in the INA format... so what happens with the current
entry is that the compiler that converts the nodelist to binkd format sees the
INA and the IBN flags and thinks they are two different domains... you need to
fix the line for 1:275/1000 so it reads like this using INA...

or like this using only IBN...

if you want to list both domains, dual IBNs is the best since both have to
specify the non-standard port number...
