Hi all, I'll start shifting the downlinks who have full echo draws over to
here.

I have some minor sugery on the echobase to do.  I need to add:
CANACHAT
R18FILE
ZCC-PUBLIC
ALT-BBS-ADS
Z1REGCON

Vince, is Z2REGION25 for all?  Regardless of zone?  I don't plan to carry
anything 'read only' here.

Then turn off:
229426HSTAT
CRIMEA.TALK
NYC.POLITICS
R50.SYSOP (pretty sure non-R50 aren't to see or post in it)

If the rest of you already have 1:275/1000 'on' for the set I need to add, no
further action on your end.  They just bounce to my *.bad area because I didn't
have them configured with a message base.

For the 'turn off' set, if any of you other than Dallas have that turned on for
me, either turn t off or let me know to send a netmail to do so.  Seems to only
arrive from Dallas so far.
