I would think that it "should"... I mean, its 2022... some new echo is
"approved" via. the Elist robot and it should be automatically added/picked up
by the relevant systems? If the echo is not renewed, its dropped and removed 
from the star-systems. Again... I'm not the biggest fan but that concept I 
could kinda get behind as it would cleanup deadwood... with the exception of
the grunt-Sysop's system.

I suppose that would involve a level of integration with a tosser/Tic 
processor that just may not be feasable.
