Technically that is exactly what it is for - or was with the small amount of
echo's on it compared to the total available via the backbone I am not so 
sure.

I did suggest that I add the remainder as elistmaint as mod until such time as
some one comes forwards to take any over but it did not get much in the way of
a response.

The suggestion for files was just something I thought about in the spur of the
moment but if there is no one to give a positive on it, well I will forgot
about it - if nothing else it reduces my programming requirements :)
