it isn't case sensitive here, either... i think this is the first time i've
ever heard of area manager names being case sensitive... i'll have to try to
remember it, too, since i manually add/remove areas from links rather than
trying to understand my software's auto areafix forwarding stuff... especially
since my software only allows for one so-called uplink to be specified which
in the case of backbone stars is a tad on the restrictive side...
