see my post to vince of just a few minutes ago... for now, we should be using
the last available backbone.na until a new one is released with the latest
additions added... to it...

i think we're good... even being backbone stars, we can each operate our
systems as we see fit... it is only the adding/removing of echos to our
backbone group(s) and linking/unlinking them with the other stars that falls
under the purvue of our backbone star hats... we don't even have to unlink
them if they still have traffic and we still want to carry them when they are
no longer carried on the backbone...
