My system for both files and echo's allows each link - down or up to add,
remove or change their setting for any area so if linked to both files and
echo areas it requires one message to each service (as against BBBS which does
the lot in one sweep as near as I could make out with Janis's system.

I sent out a list of my service names for both of these but in case I did not
do so here here it is :

As you can see multiple names for each service with examples of case given for
each such as FileMgr and filemgr.
