Ok.  Files on with Dallas rihgt now but can swap if desired.

Right now battling sbbs v3.19b.  I wants 2 C++ files which I got off a
replicator sites.  Now inet_ntop error.  I have a 32bit win10 full home version
I can lay over the macine but figured I'd just look about first.  SBBS docs not
helping with this one. 

XP basically seems not supported with the newer set.
