Due to several recent factors, we have decided to hold off on the operation
for at least another month or two.  There is value added to waiting for this
particular surgery.  It is going to take a good bit of work on our part, but
there are potential positives for holding off.

So, I'm not sure when we will have this done - but I would imagine no later
than the spring time.
