          Ah... glad to hear that.  Years ago Dallas & I had a teenager living
with us who had to weigh everything she ate.

          For us & for our daughter, high protein/low carb works well.  But we
aren't you & you're not us....  :-)

          Yes, I'd regard surgery as a last resort in situations where one can
afford to wait and see if a less drastic alternative will work.  You can't put
back what has been surgically removed if you don't like the result.
