HOpe it's not above 7100 khz in 40 meters, otherwise they
shouldn't be there these days.  ITU is finally seeing the
light that hams need more of a worldwide allocation on 40
than 100 khz.

But, wherever they might be, think I heard recently that
Deutche WElle (spelling) was playing with some new big
transmitters both for regular analog broadcasting and their
new sw digital standard, drm iirc.
dIfferent than our U.s./Canada iboc.
