That would work. That wouldn't surprise me for that time of night. I got up
to do the late night can't sleep thing a
couple nights ago and said howdy to a couple of guys in the
UK I hear when the band's good during the small hours in the extra class
portion of 75m phone. IF I can do that with 100 watts then props should be
fairly good on that freq for
eUrope evenings.
I know everybody does the higher bands is moaning about the
solar cycle not being kind, but for those of us who do most
of our chasing of paper and awards on the lower bands it's
not been that bad, so long as there isn't a lot of weather
static. Sure stinks for 20 meters helping the vessels and
running phone patches for those guys though. Oh well,
tanstaafl.
