Are you configuration settings in tact (name of your BBS, etc.)? If so, then
you're good to go. Just complete the config wizard and the "new install" flag
will be turned off automatically.

Didn't you migrate computers or OSes or something recently? It seems you've
had a lot of problems since you did that and this is just one of them.
