I had already done that and it just popped up the error in a little window and
said nothing else.

But just a few minutes ago, MRO got online with me and he figured it out and
now it is all working!!!  YAY!!!  Wotta guy!  Big Thanks!

I had bad DLLs from the site I listed earlier in this thread.

But I think the first DLLs I copied from the original Windows 7 machine were
the original problem as the error showed up before I went searching for
solutions on youtube and downloaded the junk DLLs.

At any rate, life is good and thanks to all for your suggestions.
