Originally vcruntime140.dll and mscvr100.dll were missing and sbbs reported
these missing.  I copied them from my original machine and that cleared those
errors but that's when the 0xc000007b error started showing up.  Maybe I
should have installed them instead of copying them.

I'm sure the problem was a 'nut loose behind the wheel'.
