Hello everybody!

After reviewing the wiki on migrating Synchronet, I removed and did a fresh
install on my Linux Mint VM. After the install I set it up slightly with scfg.
I then copied my data, ctrl, node*, text, mods,and xtrn directories. After
that when I ran scfg again, nothing was updated, everything was the way it was
before I copied the directories. Am I missing something, why is Synchronet not
reading the newer files?
