Doesn't Ri> make sense. Are you sure you copied everything to the expected place? And your configuration files (in sbbs/ctrl) are the ones from your Wnidows setup? And your environment variables (SBBSCTRL, SBBSEXEC, and SBBSROOT) are set to the correct directories?
