1. You don't need to use jsexec to run postmsg.js
2. jsexec is a native program, so configure it as such in SCFG and sbbs won't
try to use DOSEMU to run it (but you shouldn't need to use jsexec in this
context in the first place).
3. Your DOSEMU configuration is not right, if you care (i.e. need/want to run
16-bit DOS programs on your BBS)
