I already make an installer executable for Windows releases. It just doesn't
do "upgrades". Upgrading, especially from any arbitrary older version of
Synchronet, is a more complex problem that is hard to automate and make fool
proof, so I'm just not doing that, at least not with an executable or script.
An upgrading sysop needs to read and follow directions.
