So if i create a custom avatar and have AVAT-OUT (?avatars export) running,
the custom avatar will be on all DOVEnet BBSes as long as they have AVAT-IN
running?
And if i have AVAT-OUT changed to ?avatars export -share, the custom avatars
of the users become chooseable for other users on DOVEnet BBSes?
Or is a custom Avatar usable by the user who has created it only always?
