I need to get rid of "How did you hear about this bbs" and the avatar
chooser.  I renamed avatar_chooser.js and haven't tested that yet.  I ran
findstr /i /s /c:"where did you hear about this" *.* but didn't find
anything.

. The rest of them I can live with, I believe.
