So I added the line rlogin_xtrn_logon = false to the modopts.ini file (because
it didn't exist) and it still displays the logon sequence.

I did disable the bullseye in the external events by setting the event from
"logon" to "no" and that stopped that from displaying.

But a partial logon sequence runs before sending you to the doors menu.
