Merge branch 'slyedit_include_file_move' into 'master'

Move the SlyEdit helper .js files into exec/load. Although they're only used
by SlyEdit, they're not directly executable. Also, changed their case to snake
case, except for SlyEdit.js so as not to break current setups.
