If the text/menu/userinfo.* file exists, display that for user_info()

instead of the hard-coded statistics strings from text.dat (UserStats,
UserDates, etc.).

I made a default userinfo.msg (statistics) heavily inspired by the hard-coded
/ text.dat strings, but (I think) a little better, though still not "pretty".
I think the stats could be organized and presented better, but at least now
we have the necessary @-codes and this mechanism to easily play with it.

A 40col version of this file should be created too.
