I would like to add a custom welcome message or status message when users
first connect to the gopher service index page. Please add the ability to add
files that'll be displayed. 

An example might be something like

gopher.welcome.001.msg
gopher.status.002.msg

The first part identifies it as a gopher file. The 2nd is just a human
readable label for what the file is, and the 3rd is a sequential number,
similar to how login works.
