Removing the @fsxNet solved the issue.  Many thanks!  I think that's put in
there by default from echocfg, so maybe that could be removed somehow in
future versions.

I have:
[domain:fsxnet]
Zones = 21
DNSSuffix = fsxnet.nz
NodeList = 

But haven't changed that - only removing @fsxNet.  Still working on
automatically extracting the nodelists from the FTN files automagically - but
struggling on getting it to work with nodelist_handler.js - one step at a time.
