There was a recent discussion here where a sysop was having issue with their
logon lists and stats not resetting/rolling-over daily (search for "dsts") -
and I think they fixed it by updating to the latest release of Synchronet
(v3.20b). The file of interest (in Synchronet v3.20b) is ctrl/dsts.ini.
