As Nigel eluded too, it sounds like you pointed sbbs to link to another
libmozjs, but didn't point to another libmozjs include (header file) directory.

That said, libmozjs 115 is *not* going to work with current Synchronet
source.  It *has* to be v1.8.5 (or a fork of it).
