When logged in I was asked if I wanted to check my mail, which I did because I
was notified of a new message. While replying I wanted to check something else
and tried to login again and received the above message.

It wasn't until I got to the main menu that I was able to login a second time.
It seems like some flag needs to be set earlier in the login process to allow
duplicate logins for those with such exemption.
