I have echicken's bullshit bulletins installed and works within the BBS
(text interface), but have not been able to get the web generated output
of the messages to display.

Above URL shows the xjs page for Bulletins on https://toolazy.synchro.net

The header "Bulletin" is generated but no content from the message base.

I'm not sure where server side generated js would output any errors. But I
don't see issue with configuration of message base in ini file, nor scfg
config of the message area. Only restriction is for posting not access or
reading.

If you goto forums on the site; you can see the content of the message area
