Figured out issue. The bullshit bulletins read a message base and also
looks for files for scores. 

I had seperated these functionalities, but didn't remove the code looking
for the "score" info. So there was an error I could not "see" occurring
with the file section.

After debugging that the message base was valid and reading messages, I
saw my error of not removing the "files" code.

Once removed. The messages were displayed!
