A few notes on the game:

1) The algorithm or RNG the computer dealer uses seems to be very overpowered
in its favor. Most of the time in my inter-bbs league people won't play if
they are winning. It would be more fun if the computer dealer was not such a
cheater :) thus promoting gameplay

2) In the game you can send inter-bbs messages to other players but they never
get them.

3) the score only updates once a day when "GAC_BJ maintain" is ran. It would
be nice if the game had an "outbound" switch so you can update scores league
wide after people are done playing
