In your default.js you can probably do something like change
   '/L': { eval: 'bbs.list_nodes()' },
to
   '/L': { eval: 'bbs.list_nodes()' 
   ,ars: 'not GUEST' },
 or ,ars: 'LEVEL 80' 
Depending on what level you want to have access to it.
Look at the ars: lines in default.js for examples.
Be sure to copy your default.js to /sbbs/mods before altering it so
it's not over written.
In your menu, if you want to hide the option you can use something like
@SHOW:!SYSOP@ and @SHOW:SYSOP@ - see the docs for further details.
