So, there's an interesting question here... that list shows their original
village, not where they currently are. It's completely reasonable for a Clan
to have traveled to a different village before their original BBS was removed
from the league.

If the BBS was marked as inactive in the world.ndx, this would work correctly,
and if a new BBS with the same ID was added, they would be "moved" to the new
village.

I've updated it to use "" for invalid BBS IDs (should never see this)
and "" for legal BBS IDs that do not have a name in the index.
