I usually download QWK packets to read/write mail.  Recently, I have started
trying to read my mail in synchronet.  When I choose the msg_your_scan option
from the menu, I am shown a whole lot of old msgs to me that were long since
read via QWK.  It would appear that QWK downloads do not flag personal msgs as
received and/or msg_your_scan is not interpreting them as already received.
