Nobody's claiming "perfection" here.  Perhaps "properly configured" on 
non-crappy hardware?

LOL - that isn't "fixed".  It's hidden or disguised.  Something is 
still very not right and you're just hiding it.  Do you understand that 
"sbbsctrl.exe stalling" is not........... normal?

I would think any normal IRC client would satisfy that need.  Many/most 
Windows users are fond of "mIRC", I think.
