That's something that would take me forever to get used to, as well. Those
letters are all side by side. At the very least, they could have used the
gaming keys (w, a, s, d), but alas. I like using the actual arrow keys these
days. :)

I can't bring myself to agree with you, there. It seems most other software on
both Windows and Linux has moved on to using ALT- and CTRL- hotkeys (possibly
even Outlook), which is much more what I'm used to.
