I would like to be able to have more characters in scfg for the long name of a
file library.

When using Nightfox's DDFileAreaChooser, it's possible to have multiple levels
with each separated by a | (by default). So I have "CDs|Shareware|whatever"
this and "CDs|Shareware|whatever else". Now we're using .ini files, I don't
see a need to restrict the size other than for display purposes only.
