You were running v3.20d before, correct? What version are you running now?
Nobody instructed you to re-install anything. That was not needed.

v3.20d has a known bug with creating the dsts.ini file for the first time. If
you're running v3.20d, you'll need to create the dsts.ini file yourself, just
a single line should do it:
Date=Jan 1 2026
Then when the BBS runs it should update the file with current stats.
If you're running v3.21a, it doesn't have this bug and there should be no
issue with a missing/empty dsts.ini file in a fresh install.
