Apologies to all on Fido and othernets for the shitbag who logged into my
system and proceeded to post passport spam to a number of groups. 

This account has been banned and the ip blocked. This weekend I'll be updating
the security levels for all new users. I have a somewhat liberal policy of
allowing some new users to post in some groups as an incentive to come back to
read responses.

It appears this knobmuffin took advantage of my good nature.

In future all users will have to send me an email and verify before posting,
but it'll be this weekend before I can get around to it.
