   This is the simple strategy recently announced by the Swedish   
   government. How?   
      
   Ethanol and bio-diesel to power their motors; renewables (wind, water   
   and sun) and biomass to generate their electricity; timber gasification   
   to produce their gas.   
      
   All current technologies from known resources, no messing with nuclear..   
      
   If President Bush wants to lead on this issue (as does Prime Minister   
   Blair), they'd better do some catching up fast.
