The problem is you let that pride do your thinking for you. Bush
stands for everything our county, our laws, our pride, is
against. To him it's OK to torture someone that has been ACCUSED
of being a "terrorist." For bush and his crime family the only
people that are accorded "human rights" are those that
contributed to his campaign. Bush proudly stands in office in
spite of serious problems with both of his elections. Bush lies
constantly and flagrantly. He insults the American public every
time he conflates Iraq with 9/11. No, the American people don't
have any pride in their government when such a scurrilous
   scallywag is the president.

When bush is gone and our troops brought safely home from an
immoral invasion, that pride will return.
